How to?
How to register all guests?
You’ll find a link to register all guests online in your booking confirmation email. It’s mandatory — you’ll only receive your access codes to get in, after completing it. There is no reception on-site, so please make sure to do it in advance.
How to get in the apartment?
Once you have completed the online check-in via the link you received, you will get access to the Guest Portal. In the “How to Access” section, you will find all the instructions and a video guide.
How to book a stay?

How about check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is scheduled for 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
You can leave your luggage in the apartment starting from 1:30 PM, and come back later for check-in. If you wish to extend the check-out time, you can do so via the link you’ll receive the day before.
